THE SCENE is a segment of The Phillip Stark Show in which I interview musicians who tell us what different music scenes are/were like in their regions.

THE DIY DIRT is a segment of The Phillip Stark Show in which I interview "Do-It-Yourself" musicians to learn their stories and get their best advice.
In the episode below, I interview Alex White. Alex co-founded her band White Mystery with her brother Francis on 20 April 2008 with the agreement to be totally independent and focused on nothing but the band for a period of 10 years! As the band´s manager, she´s booked over 1000 shows worldwide and has closed sponsorship deals with brands like Orange amplifiers and Levis jeans.
In the episode below, I interview Vanessa Silberman. Vanessa is an independent singer-songwriter who has done over 20 tours between 2015 and 2020. She has played over 800 shows across the United States, UK, and Europe. She is also a record producer, engineer, an independent A&R representative, and runs an artist development Label called A Diamond Heart Production.
